  • Update Redeemed Product (Watch) Serial Number – Demo

    User Guide (Step by Step)

    Step #1) Enter your Gold Office
    Step #2) Select option “More…” from “Redemption Menu”

    Step #3) If your product (watch) was redeemed after January 1, 2009 then following page will appear with link “Update Redeemed Product Serial Number”. Click this link.

    Step#4) Update the Redeemed Product Serial Number
    4a) Select redeemed product from the list
    4b) Enter your existing watch serial number. (e.g. GMI123123)
    4c) Press “Update Product S/N”. A message will appear “Are you sure to update the Product Serial Number?” Press “OK” Button (if sure).

    Step#5) System will automatically validate the policy rules and on success you will get the message “Product Serial Number has been successfully updated”.

    Press “OK” button..
